Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may also need proof of purchase if this is in doubt.
To make a return, full instructions can be found on our Returns page, which includes submitting a Notice of Return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund or make your exchange as requested on your Notice of Return. Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Delivery & Import Charges
You will be refunded for the full value of your items including any GB VAT paid, but any additional amounts paid for shipping, import duty or import taxes are unfortunately non-reclaimable. In some locations, a goodwill store credit may be issued equivalent to the import duty or import tax amount.

Damaged or incorrect items
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty items
In general, items are guaranteed for a strict 90 days from the date of receipt. After this time has elapsed, any refund, part-refund or credit offer will be made solely at the discretion of World of Clogs.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
